USMNT and Nottingham Forest 'keeper Matt Turner gifted an equaliser to Marcus Rashford, before his late save helped secure his side's narrow victory.

That said, Forest responded to the equaliser through Morgan Gibbs-White's sumptuous finish — which came from Turner's save initially — and the home side held on to the three points to save their goalkeeper's blushes.

On commentary, Gary Neville did not hold back on his criticism of Turner. He said: “Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve got no sympathy for him. He's useless with his feet but he keeps trying it time and time again. A scandal from that goalkeeper. Honestly, what the hell are you doing?! With 12 minutes to go, it's absolutely ridiculous."
Forest face Blackpool at home in the FA Cup next weekend and it remains to be seen if Turner will start. There will be further questions asked of the American's future between the sticks both for the next game and the rest of the season.
