Russo reports that Guirassy has a €70m release clause in his Dortmund contract, which is unlikely to be a fee that puts Chelsea off, although they should "be careful" about Juventus' interest.
The report states that Napoli boss Antonio Conte was keen to sign Guirassy last summer. The club ended up landing Romelu Lukaku from Chelsea but the Italian would have liked to sign them both.
Guirassy will next be in action against Borussia Monchengladbach on Sunday, as Dortmund aim to climb into the European qualification positions in the Bundesliga.
